At the heart of this opening is a unique role that blends hands-on content creation with long-term strategic marketing leadership. The company is specifically seeking an individual with a visually creative mind, strategic vision and the ability to connect authentically with both local and global audiences.
What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is its rapid growth potential. The selected candidate will start as a key content creator and, within just three months, could step into the role of Global Head of Marketing. That kind of fast-tracked progression is rare and signifies how seriously TradesTeam invests in its people.
Backed by a forward-thinking leadership team and a proven, high-demand service offering, this position offers long-term career fulfilment, creative autonomy and a tangible impact on the business’s future.
Furthermore, TradesTeam is a licensed Skilled Worker visa sponsor, welcoming international talent into the fold. For marketing professionals outside the UK looking to relocate, this presents an unmatched pathway not just to employment – but to leadership within a fast-growing, high-performing team.
The company embraces diversity and innovation, encouraging both seasoned professionals and self-taught creatives with entrepreneurial mindsets to apply.
This role is tailor-made for someone who doesn’t just think outside the box but redesigns it altogether. If you’re passionate about storytelling, design, customer psychology and marketing experimentation – and if you’re eager to scale those ideas into a global strategy – then this job isn’t just another step in your career.
It’s a leap. And TradesTeam is ready to support you every step of the way.

Position Overview: Marketing Specialist (Pathway to Global Head of Marketing)
We are currently seeking a marketing specialist with a strong visual orientation and a passion for storytelling. The selected candidate will work closely with the founding Directors and be actively involved in key branding and marketing decisions. Physical proximity to our Preston headquarters will be essential for face-to-face brainstorming, planning and execution, especially in the early stages.
This is not a typical social media role. While digital will eventually be part of your scope, your first core mission is to help us generate traction using tangible offline methods – like neighborhood leaflet campaigns.
