Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking exceptional dishes to a consistently high standard.

Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

Contributing innovative ideas during menu planning and development.

Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.

Participating in ongoing training, workshops and mentoring initiatives to further your culinary expertise.

Leading or supporting shifts when needed and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this position, candidates should bring the following:

Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

A genuine passion for cooking and experimenting with new techniques or presentations.

Strong time management and team collaboration skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.

Excellent communication abilities, both in the kitchen and with senior staff.
